Our shipping/postage fees are quoted at the time of your order being placed on the website and are inclusive of packaging and handling. The shipping/ postage fees are based on the number of items purchased. We are unable to group two or more separate orders into one order.

Please allow 14-30 days for standard, 10-21 days for tracked ( the time can change for the post where you live).
We recommend Tracked for all international customers. Please note, some destinations do not have standard shipping option.
After successfully placing an order you will receive a confirmation of the order via email - check this to ensure we have the correct shipping and order details.
Orders will be processed as soon as they are made - but please allow up to 1 or 2 business days for dispatch. Please keep in mind business days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays. At busier times of the year, or special events, please allow some extra time for processing.
When we have dispatched your new order, you will receive an email with your dispatch confirmation and tracking number*. You can track the order within the first 24 Hours. *Please note; standard and ordinary mail does not have tracking.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the ITALY. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery; ensure to use a safe address at all times.
Please do not inquire about delivery of an order prior to the above listed time-frames. An order isn't deemed lost until 48 days past the date of dispatch.
If you have not received your order within 60 days from the dispatch date - let us know immediately.
